Shipping Policy

Before your parcel leaves

Check that your checkout address includes the correct recipient, street and unit, city, and postal code. Available destinations and delivery services are presented for that address at checkout, together with the shipping cost and any applicable tax. Please review them before ordering.

We prepare orders in 1–2 business days following successful payment authorization. An address correction should be requested as soon as you notice an error, because a dispatched parcel may no longer be changeable.

Once dispatched

The estimated standard shipping period is 4–6 business days after dispatch, in addition to preparation time. Weekends and applicable holidays are outside these business-day estimates. A carrier interruption, weather event, or peak period may cause a delay; an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Use the tracking information supplied for your shipment when available. If tracking does not update, the parcel is damaged or missing, or it is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact ifawawigiz59@gmail.com with the order reference and tracking number. Photos of damage and retained packaging can help the investigation.
